The Process of Framing Mobile Phone Screens

There are six main steps to frame a mobile phone screen:
1. Check the appearance, whether the screen is deformed, bumped, has paint peeling, broken rows, whether the buttons and back are clean;
2. Stick the ribbon cable/earpiece network, it should be noted that some screen frames need to be pulled to the bottom, while others do not;
3. When applying glue, it is important to control the amount of glue inside the frame. If there is too much glue, it must be cleaned thoroughly. If there is too little glue, it is easy to peel off. Remember not to forget to apply glue;
4. Start installing the LCD and tie the rubber band. Usually, the first step is to clamp one side of the cable, and if there is a mismatch, it cannot be rigidly installed;
5. Re check the LCD for backlight, no display, missing lines, etc;
6. Remove the rubber band and clean the adhesive. Waiting time: It must be removed after 2 hours to ensure that the glue is dry.
